pub008 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "pub008" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to pub008, the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at pub008.cam, and any affiliated services operated under the pub008 brand.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on pub008, browses the Platform, or accesses any service provided by pub008.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the pub008 Platform, associated with a unique Philippine mobile number and/or email address.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player into their pub008 Account using any supported payment method, denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱).
• "Bonus Credits" refers to non-withdrawable promotional funds or free spin equivalents awarded by pub008 under applicable promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum betting turnover a Player must complete before Bonus Credits or related winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Gaming Services" refers collectively to all casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo, e-sabong, and any other interactive wagering products available on pub008.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required by pub008 before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body regulating gaming in the Philippines.

By accessing the pub008 website, registering a Player Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all interactions with pub008, including but not limited to casino gaming, sports betting, promotional participation, account management, and customer support communications.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with pub008's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for matters directly related to that promotion; in all other respects, these Terms prevail.

pub008 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after notice of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the pub008 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are accessing pub008 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of pub008 or its affiliated entities;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or any entity when registering or using the Platform;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pub008 or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are using the Platform for personal, recreational entertainment purposes and not as a professional income source.

pub008 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any time. If a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, their Account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any funds received from an underage player may be returned to the payment source, net of any amounts played, in accordance with applicable law.

Each individual Player may register and maintain one (1) Account only on the pub008 Platform. Registering multiple accounts – whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers – is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are required to notify pub008 immediately if any registration information changes. pub008 may, at its sole discretion, require documentary verification of any information provided.

4.2 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, pub008 will require the Player to complete KYC verification by submitting a clear photo or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys, driver's license, passport, or equivalent). pub008 may additionally request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of the GCash account showing the registered name) and proof of address where applicable. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request will result in the withdrawal being placed on hold.

4.3 Account Currency

All pub008 Accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). pub008 does not apply internal currency conversion fees on PHP transactions. Some payment providers may apply their own fees or conversion charges for which pub008 is not responsible.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pub008 Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. pub008 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or social media.

You must notify pub008 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. pub008 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access that results from your failure to maintain credential security, provided that pub008's own security systems have not been compromised.

pub008 strongly recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication on your Account. This feature is available in your Account Settings panel after login and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access.

6.1 Deposits

pub008 supports the following deposit methods for Philippine players: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are applied to your Real Money Balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

All funds deposited must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. pub008 prohibits the use of third-party payment sources. Deposits made from payment accounts not matching your KYC-verified identity may be refunded to source and your Account suspended pending investigation.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays. GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within approximately 15 minutes for amounts under ₱50,000, subject to completion of KYC verification. Larger amounts may require additional compliance review and may take up to 24 hours.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. pub008 does not charge withdrawal processing fees on the Platform side; however, applicable fees charged by your payment provider or bank remain your responsibility. pub008 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for withdrawals it deems unusual in size or frequency.

6.3 Payment Method Consistency

Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement. If your original deposit method cannot receive the withdrawal (e.g., a prepaid card that has expired), contact pub008 support to initiate an alternative verified method.

pub008 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, KYC verification;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, or payment method unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus Credits are non-withdrawable and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion; uncompleted wagering at expiry results in forfeiture of Bonus Credits and associated winnings;
• pub008 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at its discretion with reasonable notice, and to reverse bonus transactions that it determines have been claimed in breach of these Terms;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash equivalent;
• Different games may contribute at different rates towards Wagering Requirements; the contribution rate for each game category is stated in the relevant promotion terms.

Any attempt to abuse promotional offers – including through arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics – constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 9 and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

All gaming on pub008 – including slot machines, live dealer table games, sports betting, bingo, and e-sabong – is governed by the rules of the respective game as displayed within the game interface or the sportsbook betting rules published on the Platform. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable game rules before wagering.

8.1 Game Integrity

All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on pub008 use certified algorithms that have been independently audited for statistical fairness. pub008 does not alter game outcomes, RTP configurations, or any game parameter in a manner that deviates from the certified specifications provided by the game developer.

8.2 Sports Betting

Sports bets are accepted and settled in accordance with pub008's Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms. pub008 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, post-event bet placement, match-fixing suspicion, or insufficient market liquidity. In-play bets placed after an event outcome is determined (whether or not the Platform reflects the outcome in real time) shall be void.

8.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity interruption that affects a gaming session, pub008 will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the session from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, a refund of the wager amount to the Player's Real Money Balance is the standard resolution. pub008 is not liable for winnings that cannot be verified from server records.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pub008 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent banishment from pub008:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods;
• Any form of money laundering, chip dumping, or use of pub008 as a financial transfer vehicle;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology that enables play without real-time human input;
• Exploiting bugs, system errors, or software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Collusion with other Players, including coordinated strategy in multiplayer games to defraud the Platform or other players;
• Abuse, harassment, or threats directed at pub008 staff or other Players via any communication channel;
• Accessing pub008 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion, through new account registration.

pub008 cooperates with Philippine law enforcement authorities, PAGCOR, and relevant financial regulators where activity on the Platform is suspected to constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.

All content on the pub008 Platform – including but not limited to the pub008 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and marketing materials – is the property of pub008 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to any pub008 intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the pub008 Platform or its content without prior written consent from pub008. Unauthorized use of pub008 intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.

pub008 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to pub008 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.

pub008 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and regulatory authorities as required by applicable law. pub008 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps on your Account;
• Session Time Limits: Configure reminders or automatic logouts after a set period of continuous play;
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) to take a break;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the pub008 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six (6) months.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pub008 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the pub008 Platform;
• Loss of winnings, data, or revenue resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or events beyond pub008's reasonable control (including internet connectivity issues, power outages, or acts of force majeure);
• Unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain password security;
• Losses incurred as a result of your breach of these Terms;
• Delays or failures in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or other banks and e-wallets.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pub008's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. pub008's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount held in your Real Money Balance at the time the claim arises.

pub008 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where pub008 reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has provided false information during registration or KYC;
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Regulatory requirements necessitate Account closure;
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age.

Upon Account closure, pub008 will return any verified Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Credits and disputed funds) to the Player's KYC-verified payment method after deducting any amounts owed by the Player to pub008. pub008 will retain transaction records and personal data for the period required by applicable law and regulatory obligations following account closure.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting pub008 support at [email protected]. Voluntary Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms, without prejudice to pub008's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

Where any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms continue in full force and effect.

pub008 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pub008 will provide notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required by law or regulatory directive, in which case changes may take effect immediately.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page with the effective date stated in the header. By continuing to use the pub008 Platform after any amendment takes effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.
